• Submit a list of bibliographical references based on the Vancouver international norms : name(s) of author(s) followed by first name(s) initials (al., if more than six author). Title. Publisher’s city/town. Publisher’s name. Year published (number for periodicals). Quote the pages. This document may be sent to you for the asking.

Our goal is to work with an open and non-dogmatic mind . Having agreed to work within the necessary rigorous requirements laid out above, you are encouraged in all your attempts to explore new avenues of discovery. Indeed, it is our opinion that intellectual freedom is becoming too scarce and that the menace of sterile censorship too often lurks whenever one dares stray from hackneyed concepts and familiar models. Today, too few are those scientific publications open to our view. If the slumbering of reason fosters the rise of monsters, etherized boldness is just as pernicious.

It will be the role of the Reading Committee to evaluate and keep an even keel. The committee is there to serve and support your thinking process.
